Summary: we keep your creative data for as long as your subscription stays active. Without a subscription, the windows below apply. The account itself is never deleted for inactivity — you can always log back in and start fresh.
13.1 Free account that never subscribed
If you created your Caranguejo account but never subscribed to a paid plan, your creative data (Flows, generations, uploads, Agent and Chat conversations) is deleted 60 days after account creation. The account itself stays available — you can log in, subscribe and start fresh.
13.2 Account that previously had an active subscription
If you used to subscribe but cancelled (or your subscription expired), we keep your creative data for 90 days (3 months) after the end of your last paid billing cycle. Past that window, your creative data is permanently deleted. No recovery after this deadline.
13.3 Email warnings before deletion
7 days before the scheduled deletion: early notice with a one-click reactivation link.
1 day before the deletion: last call.
If you renew (or subscribe for the first time) within the window, the counter resets and your data is preserved normally. Warning emails go to the address on file — keep it up to date and check your spam folder near the deadline.
13.4 What is NOT deleted
Even after the creative-data cleanup, we keep: basic account data (email, hashed password, language), financial transaction history (tax obligation), audit logs. You can always log in and start fresh — just subscribe to a new plan.
13.5 On-demand deletion
You can request early deletion of your creative data any time under Account → Delete data. Early deletion is equivalent to a 0-day window — irreversible.
